Exchange & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return any items in your order within 30 days from the date of your order. the purchase must return to us unworn and in the original condition it was delivered as. email us at contact@deathroe.co.uk with the issue and your order number and if the above requirements are met, you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you wish to exchange a product, you are welcome to do so within 30 days form the date of your order. contact us at contact@deathroe.co.uk or use the contact page on the site. just tell us what what you would like to exchange and include your order number and we will assist you with what you need. the product/s will need to be unworn and in its original condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have submitted an order we usually dispatch within the same day. if you have made a mistake you will need to contact us as soon as possible at contact@deathroe.co.uk and we will amend your order before dispatch. if it has already been sent out you will simply have to go through the exchange route and we will make the changes you like.
